Masson’s Guacamole

1 large avocado (make sure it isn’t too firm; it should be a little soft and brownish-green)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 or 2 tsp. vinegar or apple cider vinegar (or more, if you like)
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ to ½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
dash or more of Tabasco and/or cayenne pepper

Mash avocado coarsely, add other ingredients. Or just throw everything in a food processor, including optional ingredients below if desired. Chill before serving with nachos or pita. Double or triple recipe for more people.
options:
½ green pepper, diced fine
1 small onion chopped fine
1 tomato diced fine
¼ tsp chilly flakes
2-5 tbsp. sour cream
