After much struggle (audacity being a bitch, long bus rides and new sound board thingys) this episode is delivered to you with great satisfaction. Masson’s Guacamole

1 large avocado (make sure it isn’t too firm; it should be a little soft and brownish-green)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 or 2 tsp. vinegar or apple cider vinegar (or more, if you like)
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ to ½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
dash or more of Tabasco and/or cayenne pepper

Mash avocado coarsely, add other ingredients. Or just throw everything in a food processor, including optional ingredients below if desired. Chill before serving with nachos or pita. Double or triple recipe for more people.
options:
½ green pepper, diced fine
1 small onion chopped fine
1 tomato diced fine
¼ tsp chilly flakes
2-5 tbsp. sour cream

Sexy poets and the like...

Firstly, a big shout out and thankyou to Simon Toon who is kinda reminding me to stay on track and for his support and comment on the Association of Poetry Podcasting forum. You should all go there and check it out. I really support the idea of connecting poetry podcasters aswell as supporting new ones. Like me! ps. the story behind the pic is that when in Montreal last week at Tamtams ( a huge drumming circle which happens in MontRoyal every Sunday) I took this picture of this couple, originally with my Polaroid. Then after admiring it for about half an hour I went up to them bashfully:"Uhm. hi. bonjour. excuse moi. I hope you don't think this is weird. But i just wanted to give you this." They were pretty happy. It felt good to make some strangers happy. This pic posted is the version I took with my digital camera. Spread the love people. Spread the love.
